Design Customizing Process
Check out the "OUR DESIGNS" page & choose which design you want. Next, go to either our
T-shirts or Hoodies store page locate your chosen design in either (CLASSIC OR FORM FIT TEE) OR (PULLOVER OR ZIP HOODIE), choose your color & size & add it to your cart. A new window will appear so you can confirm color & size. Here you will also type in the customizing info & select your quantity. Once you submit your order with payment you will receive an email confirming your order. Within 3 to 5 business days you will receive an email with a proof of your customized design for your approval. You are allowed to make revisions to the design as you see fit by replying to the email with your revision wishes. Your order will not go to production until you give us final customization approval.
DTG printed apparel care instructions.
For the best look, feel, longevity, and to reduce shrinkage of our products, we highly recommend washing shirts & hoodies inside out in cold water with like colors on gentle/delicate cycle.
Do not use bleach or fabric softener. Do not iron.
Although line drying is best, a clothes dryer can be used. We recommend drying inside out with the dryer set on low temperature & gentle/delicate cycle.
Product guarantee
Unfortunately Fire Designs & Apparel cannot offer any product guarantee, but our customers can rest assured that we use only top quality garment brands such as Bella-Canvas, Gildan, Independent Trading Co., Tultex, & Hanes to name a few. We do however back our design prints for look, feel, & longevity as long as the above care instructions are precisely followed.
Production process
All orders will be produced in the order they are received. From time to time there may be delays for reasons beyond our control. Fire Designs & Apparel strive to fulfill all orders in a timely fashion, but if there is a delay with the production you will be notified via email & we promise to get your order completed as soon as possible.

The Association of Memorial Stair Climbs is a 501(c)3 organization based in Lansing, KS .
We also create custom logo designs for your individual stations, units, shift/platoon, etc. Fill in & submit this form & we'll design something for you. The design will be a rough draft watermarked JPEG file that will be emailed back to you for approval, at which time you will have the option to purchase the clean unmarked logo ($175.00) that you will own exclusively & can bring to your printer of choice or you can just purchase the apparel from us & there will be no charge for the design creation. Below are a few of our individual department, station, unit designs. If you're interested in any of these designs, we can change & customize them for you. ANY OF OUR DESIGNS CAN BE CUSTOMIZED AT NO EXTRA CHARGE, WITH ANY WORDING YOU WOULD LIKE (WITHIN REASON) AS LONG AS THERE IS ENOUGH SPACE FOR IT TO FIT. WE CAN PUT YOUR NAME, RANK, FULL DEPT. NAME OR INITIALS, STATION NUMBER, UNIT NUMBER, OR JUST ABOUT ANYTHING. WE CAN EVEN ADD SMALL IMAGES SUCH AS AN AXE, HYDRANT, HELMET, ENGINE & MORE. WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER YOU WILL BE ALLOWED TO ADD A MESSAGE TELLING US EXACTLY HOW YOU WANT IT CUSTOMIZED & WE WILL SEND YOU A PROOF FOR APPROVAL BEFORE PRODUCTION.
