FIRE DESIGNS & APPAREL uses a flat rate shipping cost based on weight & the average shipping company rates, which are determined by weight, package dimensions, & distance between shipping/delivery address. We do offer free shipping on all purchase orders totaling $100.00 or more (EXCLUDING TAX & DELIVERY).
We understand the importance of transparency, and that's why we want you to stay informed about our shipping process. If you have any specific shipping requirements, feel free to reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist you.
Return & Exchange Information
If you are not satisfied with a product purchased through this website, have followed all recommended care instructions and have a legitimate reason, contact us via our
"return & refund request form". If you are unable to agree to a resolve with Fire Designs & Apparel LLC simply return the purchased product (BUYER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING COST) with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 30 days of the purchased date, and we will exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) Refund will be granted only after all other courses of resolve have been extinguished.
